Tenth Episode of "La Historia Olvidada: Filipinas-México 2025"

The Philippine Embassy in Mexico, in partnership with the Departamento ng Kasaysayan of the University of the Philippines, El Colegio de San Luis, and the Philippine-Mexico Studies Program, Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), invites you to the tenth and last episode of “LA HISTORIA OLVIDADA: FILIPINAS-MEXICO 2025,” a virtual colloquium series on Philippine-Mexico relations, to be held via Zoom on 29 November 2025 at 8:30-10:00 A.M., Philippine time.

The resource speaker, Dr. Ostwald Sales-Colín Kortajarena, Professor and Researcher at the Department of Sociology, Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana Azcapotzalco, México, will discuss “El Colegio de Santa Potenciana, 17th Century” in English.
This colloquium series, which will be streamed live via Post’s YouTube channel, aims to highlight pivotal events and contexts that have shaped the engagements between the Philippines and Mexico, spanning from the sixteenth century to the contemporary period.
