Call for Teaching Applications for AY 2025-2026
The UP Department of History invites applications for full-time and part-time (lecturer) faculty positions for AY 2025-2026. Kindly refer to this link for the requirements and other details.
Qualifications
- Must possess a degree in History from a reputable university
- Applicants for the Full-Time Positions must have at least a
master’s degree - Must demonstrate teaching and research capability
Requirements
Prepare the following documents (in PDF):
- Letter of application addressed to the Department Chairperson, Assoc. Prof. Ruel V. Pagunsan, PhD
- Certified transcript of records and/or diploma
- PSA-issued birth certificate
- Updated curriculum vitae with 2×2 ID picture
- Proof of teaching experience, publications, conference presentation, and extension work
- Two (2) letters of recommendation from former professors and work supervisors (for first time applicants only)
Complete the Application Google Form.
The form will also collect your documents. The two referees must send their letters of recommendation directly to uphistoryteachingapplications@gmail.com.
Deadline and Reminders
Applications, including the letters of recommendation, must be submitted on or before 21 March 2025, Fri, 11:59 PM.
Submission of tampered and incomplete documents will result in automatic
disqualification.
