VICENTE C. VILLAN is a Professor at the UP Department of History, and a Faculty Fellow at the Asian Center, UP Diliman. He specializes in heritage studies and museology, discourse studies in the social sciences, Spanish Philippines, Visayan history and culture, history of the Philippine Revolution, and Philippine Martial History.
