Patrick James Serra is an instructor of the Department of History, University of the Philippines Diliman. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in History from UP Diliman in 2018. He is a MA History candidate from the same institution and is currently finishing his thesis entitled “Negotiating Public Health: Coldwar Healthcare and Philippine Diplomacy, 1946-1978”.
