Dondy Ramos (he/him/his) is Assistant Professor at the Department of History, University of the Philippines Diliman. He is currently a PhD candidate at the Australian Catholic University under the Australian Research Council (ARC) Linkage Project called “Mobilising Dutch East India Company Collections for New Global Stories.” His PhD program is industry-linked with the State Library of Western Australia (SLWA). His research project focuses on the memorialisation of the Spanish Empire in the Philippines and the Dutch East India Company (VOC) in Australia.
