It tackles the issues and concerns regarding Baybayin's popularization in contemporary Philippine society. It is also a guidebook on how to familiarize and write in Baybayin with Doctrina Cristiana (1593) as the baseline, although accommodating widely accepted practices such as the use of the vowel killer. National Artist for Literature Virgilio S. Almario wrote the foreword and published by the Philippine Historical Association and Amlat.
